Serangoon Gardens is a residential estate in the North-east of Singapore known for its Bohemian enclave of quirky cafes, eateries and boutiques. The government embarked on an upgrading project to rejuvenate the precinct and to better meld the commercial and residential aspects of the area. L’EAP helped commemorate the completion of the project with a large-scale media event and fanfare attended by residents and graced by the Prime Minister of Singapore.
